Samsung announced a new Wi-Fi solution for brick-and-mortar businesses in the U.S. that combines wireless connectivity with analysis to deliver a new level of customer insight and service.

Designed for businesses with guest interactions – including theaters, arenas, hotels, outdoor entertainment districts and retailers – Samsung Guest Analytics provides a reliable Wi-Fi platform that enhances customer satisfaction and data analysis opportunities.

The solution helps businesses gain access to key factors – such as foot traffic patterns, dwell time in specific areas and guest behavior in a store – while providing fast Wi-Fi connectivity for visitors. Guests ‘opt-in’ to Wi-Fi service at an establishment, and that business uses the data to understand trends, craft a better journey throughout the establishment, and offer services tailored to the customer.

In addition to offering complimentary Wi-Fi, Samsung Guest Analytics can extend content marketing initiatives – such as coupons and special offers – and create a consistent look for a Welcome Portal across all locations through centralized management of guest Wi-Fi.
