Robi Axiata, one of the three largest mobile operators in Bangladesh and with more than 22 million subscribers, announced that it has selected NetCracker’s Revenue Management solution, integrating billing, interconnect billing, and credit control, to enable new service innovation and superior responsiveness to changing customer demands. Replacing the legacy billing systems, the integrated NetCracker solution will bill for all postpaid subscribers, roaming users, and interconnect agreements while also actively monitoring usage, credit, rating, and new price plans.

“NetCracker is a clear choice for us as we improve postpaid billing and customer care functionality to meet our rapidly expanding footprint of customers,” said Niloy Rahman, Vice President, Development, at Robi. “They have vast experience in both complex billing and customer care, and are a trusted name in the industry.”

“We are pleased to help Robi as they enter the next phase of their customer care strategy, by helping improve their billing and customer experience programs,” said Frank DeTraglia, Vice President of Global Sales, at NetCracker. “It is an exciting time to be working with them, as they continue to grow, scale and emerge as leaders in the region.”
