Leading call recording solutions provider, CallCabinet has integrated its Atmos call recording solution with IVR Technologies’ Talking SIP PBX and Call Center platform.

With the integration into the Talking SIP PBX and Call Center ecosystem, customers can now take advantage of a fully compliant cloud based call recording solution that is secure, easy to access and retrieve, and one that is developed from the ground up by the CallCabinet development team.

The solution is designed to encrypt calls for security reasons with 256bit encryption; store recordings in Microsoft’s Azure cloud solution; easily retrieve calls at a moment’s notice through an easy to use HTML5 interface; as well as the ability to use recordings to evaluate agents to assist with customer service and productivity.

The Atmos for Talking SIP offering is available for both premise and cloud-based deployments and offers fully compliant recording with advanced security features. Atmos also supports multi-tenant environments and is ideally suited to customers looking to leverage the solution to perform mobile recordings, quickly resolve disputes, and improve workforce optimization, said CallCabinet.

Ryan Kahan, CEO at CallCabinet
