Busines support systems(BSS) and payment solutions provider, FTS announced that an existing Nordic customer has successfully completed a major upgrade to its convergent billing and charging solution, Leap Billing to enable the launch of new and innovative digital services.
The multi-play operator uses Leap Billing to enable flexible convergent charging, billing and customer management for its mobile, fixed line, broadband, MVNO and MVNE services.
According to FTS, by deploying Leap Billing in a fully virtualized environment, the service provider enjoys significant savings on hardware investment, ensuring a cost-effective, scalable and flexible infrastructure. Integrated with the operator’s Microsoft Dynamics CRM system, FTS’ billing system enables it to rapidly deploy new services with a low total cost of ownership.
