PLDT Global announced that it has expanded its partnership with CommuniGate Technologies (CTL) and DT One to provide overseas Filipinos more convenience and connectivity while they travel and work in other countries.
CTL is a 100 percent-owned subsidiary of CTI based in Hong Kong and was established primarily to handle CTI's international business. CTL has helped the international Filipino community by providing e-load and voice services since 2007, through its partnership with PLDT Global, Smart, and DT One. DT One operates a global network for mobile top-ups with a network interconnects of more than 550 mobile operators across 160 countries and delivers smarter data-driven mobile solutions.
Through this partnership, Filipinos living and working across borders will now be able to send mobile and data top-ups directly to the mobile phones of their families and loved ones back home. And, with the addition of Free Bee PIN offerings, overseas Filipinos are also able to call home at more affordable rates enabling them to stay better connected.
