Lifestyle technology company, Garmin has partnered with MTN to launch a range of wearable tech devices in Ghana to encourage people to live a more active lifestyle. 

The partnership will also see MTN offering a free 3 month 900MB data bundle deal for customers purchasing any one of the 6 Garmin products on offer.

Garmin's range of health and fitness watches launched includes vivoFit 3, vivoMove Classic, vivoSmart HR, vivoActive HR, Fenix 3 HR and Garmin Index smart scale range.

These devices monitor and record daily activities and motivate its user or customer towards a healthier lifestyle. Through Garmin’s mobile app, Garmin Connect members are able to review, relieve and share their activities and to track steps, goals, sleep, weight and calories burned. By using the app’s Bluetooth connectivity links, users can also receive current weather conditions, forecasts and voice call/text message notifications.
