Indosat Ooredoo, the leading digital telecommunications company in Indonesia, continues to show its commitment to support the digital lifestyle of its customers through the newest product innovation, IMove. 

The platform offers a healthy lifestyle experience with a unique and fun gamified concept, with various prizes awaiting the customers. According to WHO data, obesity rates globally have tripled in the last four decades, with low physical activity is the fourth leading factor for mortality. Meanwhile, in Indonesia, the number of overweight adults in Indonesia has doubled over the past two decades. 

Hence, Indosat Ooredoo launched IMove application as Indonesia’s first social wellness initiative supported for millions of its subscribers with a gamified concept based on rewards. The platform seeks to be an engaging, fun and rewarding way to help customers to adopt healthier habits.IMove offers a holistic approach for optimal health, focusing on movement, nutrition, and emotional well-being. Users can join various gamified challenges to exercise more, lose weight, eat healthier, and feel well. 

The IMove platform has three main features: Coaches, Social Wall, and Rewards. On Coaches, users can enjoy numerous informative insights, such as meal plans and recipes, fitness routines and exercises, and healthy lifestyle tips from certified professionals. On Social Wall, users can share their progress to support and engage with each other. Meanwhile, on Rewards, users can accumulate trophies for every action and redeem them in the store.
